
Overview
The Dekker, Ltd. (Dekker) Project Portfolio Management Forum™ 2004 was a huge
success. Held at Humphrey’s Half Moon Inn and Suites, the sold-out Forum
provided attendees from around the country with leading edge experience into the
future of Enterprise Project Management and Project Portfolio Management. The
General Session was standing room only. Dekker hosted representatives from
various organizations to discuss and debate Project Portfolio Management and its
application in the contemporary enterprise environment. Considerations were made
for the public sector and private industry, and dignitaries from both arenas
were asked to present how they organize and utilize Project Management and
Project Portfolio Management to effectively compete in the modern business
world.

In addition to the General Session, Dekker provided its state-of-the-art courseware to attendees throughout the week. Training courses addressed contemporary business management issues by detailing what PPM is and how to use the Dekker iPursuit® analysis tool to gain full control of a PPM system. Extensive training was also provided on the latest releases of the Dekker suite of management tools, Dekker TRAKKER® 7.0 and Dekker iPursuit® 7.0. Click here for course descriptions.
