General Session

The General Session was standing room only and a huge success. Lt. General Gus Pagonis (Retired) presented a wonderful speech on Management and Leadership, identifying simple ways to streamline the management decision process for excellent results. After his presentation, he held a signing for his new book entitled "Moving Mountains: Lessons in Leadership and Logistics". Bob Swistak, Harvey Levine, Buddy Everage, Harry Sparrow, and Steve Abbott also presented on various management topics ranging from implementation of Business Performance Management Systems, Earned Value Management Systems, and Project Portfolio Management, as well as Knowledge Management. Afterburner

After the General Session, attendees were invited to the Silver Gate Yacht Club for an evening of networking, dining, and experiencing the Afterburner presentation on business world and fighter pilot skills.

Training Courses

Forum attendees also received extensive training. Classrooms overlooked the Harbor on Shelter Island in San Diego.
