This year brought in many first time attendees, as well as a number of Certified
TRAKKER users and Power Users from all over the country. Attendees at the sold
out event were exposed to some of the most contemporary techniques for Project
Portfolio Management, Business Performance Measurement, and the application of
Balanced Scorecards and Digital Dashboards. The General Session provided the
audience with a well balanced mix of conceptual theory and real world
experiences that provide the basis for Enterprise Project Management, Finance,
and Earned Value Management methodologies and systems applications.
General Session Certification Recognition
Dekker, Ltd. offers a program for Customer Users who require a formal level of training and certification with the Dekker suite of products. The Dekker Certification program involves an extensive series of tests that are based on the knowledge that comes from exploring Dekker Enterprise Project Management Solutions.
