All workshops are one-day courses, with the exception of the Dekker TRAKKER® Applications Worshop, which is a two-day course.
As a PMI® Registered Education Provider, Dekker offers course attendees professional development units (PDUs) for attending the following workshops:
- Dekker TRAKKER® Applications Workshop
The TRAKKER Applications Workshop is an excellent way for users to get a quick start into the features and capabilities of the tool. The curriculum includes scheduling, resourcing, costing, and the basics of project tracking.

Who Should Attend: Dekker TRAKKER® users or those individuals who would like a hands-on introduction to the Dekker TRAKKER® Project Portfolio Management Suite. - Dekker iPursuit® Applications Workshop
iPursuit provides users with powerful dashboard, analysis, and reporting capabilities. This workshop provides each student with a hands-on introduction to the cost, schedule, resource, technical performance, earned value management, and risk management capabilities of iPursuit. As an integral element of this training, users get first hand experience using iPursuit with Dekker TRAKKER® and Microsoft® Project.

Who Should Attend: Users of Dekker TRAKKER®, Dekker iPursuit®, Microsoft® Project or individuals who would like first hand experience with the capabilities of Dekker iGauge™ and DigiSense™ Technologies. - Dekker Traction Applications Workshop
This powerful workshop provides users with hands-on experience utilizing Dekker Traction to define and track Key Performance Indicators and manage the risk inherent in any project or enterprise.

Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Control Account Mangers, Cost Analysts, Schedulers, and TRAKKER Users. - TRAKKER Advanced Topics
This in-depth workshop provides TRAKKER users with insights into the features and capabilities of the tool required for Rolling Wave Planning, Change Control, critical on-going deployment considerations, and techniques for leveraging TRAKKER data and reporting through Microsoft Share Point.
Prerequisite: TRAKKER Application Workshop.
Who Should Attend: TRAKKER users who are ready to take their utilization of the application to the next level by maximizing the effectiveness of the tool and the availability of information. - EVMS Workshop
This workshop provides each student with practical insights into the application and utilization of Earned Value Management. Students are introduced to the applications of EVM, contemporary analysis techniques, and the role of EVM throughout the life cycle of a project.

Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Control Account Mangers, Cost Analysts, Schedulers, and TRAKKER Users. - Scheduling Workshop
The Scheduling Workshop provides students with vital insights into IMP/IMS, Critical Path Analysis, Horizontal/Vertical integration, Schedule Analysis, and Resource Balancing.

Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Control Account Mangers, Cost Analysts, Schedulers, and TRAKKER Users. - MS Project Applications Workshop
This hands-on workshop focuses on four key elements of Microsoft® Project: initiating projects, defining resources, creating tasks, and establishing resource assignments. Through this workshop, students will learn how to leverage this information in Dekker TRAKKER®.

Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Control Account Mangers, Cost Analysts, Schedulers, and TRAKKER Users. - Program Management Essentials
This workshop provides students with the essential information required to manage the life cycle of a project, form considerations for planning and resourcing, establish and maintain ETC and EAC, conduct Variance Analysis, identify Cost Drivers, and mitigate risk.

Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Control Account Mangers, Cost Analysts, Schedulers, and TRAKKER Users. - Sort, Select and Summarize
Through this workshop, students are exposed to the capabilities of the Dekker Sort, Select, and Summarization (SSS) reporting tool. This course focuses on maximizing the presentation of information from TRAKKER, iPursuit, and Traction through Microsoft® Excel. Users learn how to take full advantage of the SSS features of these tools to meet the demands of organizational and customer reporting.
