Program, Project, and Earned Value Management Solutions

Dekker, Ltd. is a program and project management solutions provider specializing in software systems, training and implementation, and consulting services. Dekker has helped both government agencies and contractors meet federally mandated compliance and reporting standards. In the private sector, Dekker has contributed to the success of organizations from small businesses all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.

The Dekker PMIS™ (Program Management Information System) software suite includes project tracking and scheduling tools (Dekker TRAKKER®), program and project oversight and evaluation (Dekker iPursuit™), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and measurement (Dekker Traction™), and web-based project collaboration (Dekker iPortfolio™). Dekker’s training and consulting services have been instrumental in helping organizations like the U.S. Department of Energy and the United Space Alliance upgrade their approaches to program and project management disciplines.

Simon Dekker, Bruce Bartells, and John D. McAlearney founded Dekker, Ltd. in 1984 to develop a software product capable of integrating schedule, cost, resources, performance metrics, earned value, and financial data. The result was the original release of Dekker TRAKKER®. In the 25 years since, Dekker has expanded the capabilities of its offerings to provide program and project managers with the most robust and state-of-the-art commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software on the market.
