Dekker iPursuit® is a robust portfolio project management (PPM) analysis tool that can be used on a single project to monitor performance and ensure success, or that can be used to analyze an entire enterprise by linking to different, operational databases to establish the guidelines used for effective PPM. iPursuit uses digital dashboards and balanced scorecards to provide executives with quick and easy access to real-time reports of summary level information. An optional earned value management (EVM) component is also available and can be used to easily extrapolate earned value information directly from Microsoft® Project. This feature is extremely useful for those organizations required to meet the reporting requirements of OMB Circular A-11 Part 7, ANSI/EIA Standard 748-98A, and other EVM governing standards.
