Dekker, Ltd. Vision Statement

Dekker, Ltd. is an education, consulting and software firm that harnesses information technology to meet the business management needs of our customers. We provide defense, financial and scientific systems integration using commercially available software. Dekker addresses management systems integration projects from design and planning to execution and delivery.

Dekker, Ltd. Mission Statement

Dekker, Ltd. develops advanced project management information systems (PMIS) for commercial enterprises, government contractors and government agencies. Our leadership in the project portfolio & management solutions market reflects our success in helping clients achieve their strategic goals and objectives.

Method

Our approach to integrated project management includes:

1. Professional education in the methodologies, disciplines, and practice of project and program management
2. Consulting services in performance-based enterprise portfolio & project management
3. Software technology that integrates cost, schedule, resources, technical performance, and risk into a PMIS that allows clients to control all projects and programs in their organization's portfolio.

Technology

We build a total PMIS, which maximizes our clients' existing IT investments and creates seamless relationships among otherwise non-communicative management and finance software programs.

Dekker's suite of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software products works with our clients' existing tools - such as Microsoft® Project, Oracle® and other databases and financial systems - to fill gaps and create a seamless PMIS that helps clients efficiently comply with regulatory standards such as:

Advocacy

Dekker, Ltd. is dedicated to the study, promotion, and advancement of sound project and program management disciplines through the support of management trade associations, continued technological innovation, and a firm commitment to training current and future generations of project management professionals. We are a Microsoft® Certified ISV Software Solutions Partner, a GSA provisions contractor, and a Project Management Institute (PMI) Registered Education Provider offering Professional Development Units (PDUs) for all our courses.
