Simon Dekker Delivers Integrated Program Management Workshop at the 2007 Joint ISPA/SCEA International Conference
Simon Dekker, President and CEO of Dekker, Ltd., delivered a workshop on Integrated Program Management at the 2007 Joint ISPA/SCEA International Conference on June 12, 2007 from 10:30am in New Orleans.
This workshop provides insight on the integration and analysis of cost, schedule, and resource performance data as part of an organization’s project and program management discipline. Mr. Dekker also demystifies Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting as a natural product of sound Integrated Program Management procedures. From project and program management fundamentals to developing a robust Project Management Information System (PMIS), Mr. Dekker guided students through the discipline of true Integrated Program Management.
