Dekker Announces Spring 2010 Seminar Schedule - D.C., Baltimore, Tyson's Corner, Denver, Dallas, San Diego & San Jose

Dekker, Ltd. announces its Spring 2010 Seminar Series schedule, bringing half-day Program and Project Management educational events to locations throughout the country. The seminar topic is "Earned Value Management with Microsoft Project," and the seminars will take place this February in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, Tyson's Corner, VA, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, San Diego, & San Jose, CA.

The Fall 2009 Seminar Series events featuring the same topic were a tremendous success, and all of the venues sold out.

This course provides attendees with an overview of the concepts and theories of project control using Earned Value Management techniques. It will highlight EVM terminology, practical usage and calculations, and examine how practitioners can best use Microsoft Project 2007 in an Earned Value environment, while clearly defining the contemporary philosophies, developments, and pitfalls in implementing disciplined EVM techniques.

Dekker, Ltd. instructors provide attendees with the tools and the knowledge they need to remain competitive and compliant in today’s Program, Project, and Earned Value Management environments. As a PMI Registered Education Provider, all Dekker courses provide attendees with Professional Development Units (PDUs) required to maintain professional certifications.
