Project Time & Cost, Inc. PT&C and its team of Certified Cost Engineers and Certified Cost Consultants have provided consulting services for 27 years to nearly 800 clients, while the Dekker PMIS™ (Program Management Information System) software suite has become the standard tracking and analysis tool for tens of billions of dollars worth of federal and private sector programs and projects.
